Skid Mounted Support Structure:
Skid Mounted Screen Tower for an 8' x 20' Triple Deck Screen, including screen support structure, base sub frame, platform area around three (3) sides of screen including handrails, mid-rails, toe boards and steel grating, support for feed splitter chute, and a ladder to grade.

Pant Leg Splitter Chute for Conveyor C-4 consisting of:
The pant leg splitter chute will be ¼" thick mild steel with "rock box" design where possible. Where the "rock box" type is not applicable, then 3/8" thick AR steel bolt-in liners will be provided. The pant leg chute discharges material onto 8' x 20' TD Screen. A gate will be provided to allow for the proportioning of material to each screen.

Discharge Chutes:
The discharge chutes are made from ¼" thick mild steel with "rock box" design where possible with vertical end sections to gathering belts. Where the "rock box" type is not applicable, then 3/8" thick AR steel liners will be provided.

• The screen overs chute will direct all the oversize material onto conveyor C-10, which feeds the Attrition Drum (Item P-3).

Metso 8' x 20' SV-XH Ripl-Flo Triple Deck Screen:
Heavy Duty Triple Deck inclined vibrating twin shaft, two bearing screen with parallelogram shaped side plates, fabricated one-piece surface support frames bolted between side plates, heavy duty rubber screen media on the top 2 decks and high carbon steel wire cloth screen media on the bottom deck, extra heavy-duty feed box with 3/8" AR steel liners, full back plates, 8" discharge spouts with 3/8" thick AR steel liners, all bolted construction, oil lubricated adjustable throw Dual Ripl-Flo No. 5 vibrating mechanisms with 140 mm spherical roller bearings, fixed bracket base mounting with steel coil springs and friction check assemblies, AR steel side plate liners - top deck, sheaves, V-belts, pivoted motor bases, drive guards, and Two (2) 25 HP, 1800 RPM, 3 Phase, 60 Hertz, 230/460 Volt, TEFC NEMA C High Torque Drive Motors for 8' x 20' TD Screen

Note: Each of the conveyors mechanical components (frame, bearings, shafting, gear boxes, take-ups, etc.), except motors are designed for 950 STPH for the 30" wide conveyors (1300 STPH for 36" wide conveyors) with an incline of 18 degrees. The exception to this are as follows: Overland conveyors (C-61, and C-62) were designed for 950 STPH for the 30" wide conveyors with a lift 25 feet; Reject Transfer conveyor was designed with a lift 30 feet; Tunnel conveyor (C-23) was designed with a lift 50 feet; Screen Overs Transfer conveyor (C-48 was designed with a lift 30 feet; and Zone 3 Transfer conveyor (C-55) was designed with a lift 40 feet;. All conveyor motors are were sized by taking the belt tonnage listed in each of the conveyor descriptions times 125% and then increased one size to have better cooling because of the altitude.
